Actually I've been playing Combat since lvl 1 through whole TBC and most of WOTLK but swaped to mutilate now that I started playing again ~1 month ago. Why? Because it feels less gear dependant than combat.
What glyphs do you use and why?
Mutilate
Hunger for blood
Fan of knives, will swap for ToT if u want me to. (Know its better)

Atm I've socketed to keep my expertise at 26 and my hit rating to be around 315. When I'm not in need of hit or expertise I gem AP.
Profession skill(Why did you choose these?):
LW and skinning. Nice crit and the AP on wrists and ofc usefull when raiding if recepies drops.
Current and previous guild(s) and your reason for leaving:
I've played with a guild called Max Performance on the server frostwhisper my whole wow "career" and progressed with them from Karazhan to Sunwell and Naxx to toc, then I quited because of a girl -.-' lawl. Now I'm in almost skilled, only a bunch of friends.

Why do you like raiding?
It makes me feel I've actually achived something that day/night because I hate just spending every night in front of TV. (Weekdays that is). And ofc it's funny to discuss with people coming up with new tactics that leads to killing a boss.

Nice raiding, friendly people but also strict rules and a strict raidleader while raiding. If it turns out people going afk during raids to eat and stuff like that, that will be it for me.

That I'm doing wtf I'm supposed to to =). No retarded shit and dealing heavy dps.

Yes ofc, I've been the Rogue officer in my previous guild for 2 years so yes.

Sometimes I get frustrated when people don't do what they are supposed to, but I can handle it and I wont start screaming on vent or something like that.
